GOLIATHTECH Inc., the manufacturer of GOLIATHTECH helical (screw) piles, provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies to GOLIATHTECH piles that:

• Are installed by a certified GOLIATHTECH installer

• Are engineered according to proper soil and structural specifications

• Are used in approved applications

• Are installed under normal installation conditions

The warranty covers defects originating from the manufacturing process that affect the structural performance of the piles.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials

• Manufacturing defects in workmanship

• Structural performance issues caused directly by such defects

If a qualifying defect is confirmed within the Warranty Period, GOLIATHTECH may replace the defective pile at its discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Installation errors (covered separately by the installer’s installation warranty)

• Engineering or design errors

• Soil movement or environmental changes

• Modifications to the supported structure

• Corrosive or abnormal soil conditions

• Acts of nature (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

• Normal wear and tear

Labor, removal, reinstallation, and related job-site expenses are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Transfers

The Limited Lifetime Warranty may be transferred to a new property owner within 90 days of ownership transfer, subject to the conditions outlined in the full warranty document.

Claims must be submitted within 20 days of discovering a defect and must include proof of purchase and documentation.
